Project Management

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, and coordinate resources, budgets, and schedules to ensure the realization of the project.
• Responsible for communication and coordination between internal teams and external suppliers, maintaining strong working relationships.
• Identify and resolve issues within the project, promptly adjusting plans to ensure smooth project progression.
• Regularly assess project risks, and formulate corresponding risk mitigation plans to ensure the smooth advancement of the project.
• Maintain close communication with clients, thoroughly understand their requirements, and ensure that the project meets customer expectations.

Requirements

• Master's degree or above, with a preference for majors such as marketing, biology, and medicine.
• At least 3 years of project management experience in the field of medical devices or related areas, familiar with project management tools and processes.
• Possess outstanding team leadership and coordination skills, capable of inspiring team potential and driving the project team to achieve goals.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to efficiently communicate with team members and clients at different levels.
• Possess the ability to independently analyze and solve problems, and make wise decisions in complex situations.
• Have relevant knowledge in the medical devices industry, and understand industry trends, and market demands.
