Responsibilities

Develop detailed project plans, and coordinate resources, budgets, and schedules to ensure the realization of the project.
Responsible for communication and coordination between internal teams and external suppliers, maintaining strong working relationships.
Identify and resolve issues within the project, promptly adjusting plans to ensure smooth project progression.
Regularly assess project risks, and formulate corresponding risk mitigation plans to ensure the smooth advancement of the project.
Maintain close communication with clients, thoroughly understand their requirements, and ensure that the project meets customer expectations.

Master's degree or above, with a preference for majors such as marketing, biology, and medicine.
At least 3 years of project management experience in the field of medical devices or related areas, familiar with project management tools and processes.
Possess outstanding team leadership and coordination skills, capable of inspiring team potential and driving the project team to achieve goals.
Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to efficiently communicate with team members and clients at different levels.
Possess the ability to independently analyze and solve problems, and make wise decisions in complex situations.
Have relevant knowledge in the medical devices industry, and understand industry trends, and market demands.
