Materials

  • Carbon Steel: Offers high hardness and toughness, maintaining good sharpness, and is relatively cost-effective.
  • Stainless Steel: Includes 304 and 316 stainless steel, offering excellent corrosion resistance, oxidation resistance, and strength. It is rust-resistant, can be repeatedly sterilized, and is suitable for various sterilization methods such as autoclaving and chemical disinfection.
  • Tungsten Steel: Extremely high hardness and wear resistance, able to maintain a sharp edge for an extended period. It is commonly used in veterinary surgeries requiring high hardness and precision cutting, such as orthopedic surgeries.
  • Titanium Alloy: Features high strength, low density, good biocompatibility, and corrosion resistance. It is lightweight, making it more flexible and easier to handle during procedures.
